 Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

· Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

· Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

· Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

· Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

· Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

· Greet and assist visitors.

· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

· Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

· Associate’s Degree in related field.

· Prior administrative experience.

· Excellent computer skills, especially typing.

Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.

· Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

· Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

· Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.

· Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

· Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

· 5+ years of experience in direct project management managing projects from start to finish as primary responsibility Required
